Thanks or Forget What You've Been Given

Hmmmmmmmmmm.
Thanksgiving was interesting.
It's hard to try to be part of someone else's family. Especially since you're used to your own traditions and going ons and being able to always be yourself, and then you go somewhere and you need to adapt and to keep the happy face on.
That being said, I really did enjoy my Thanksgiving. Although B's family really doesn't have the same (slightly twisted) sense of humor as my family--I can't play apples to apples with them and earn any points--I do like them and seem to get along well with them, even if my sarcasticness did come out a bit too much. I made mashed potatoes for the first time, and my pumpkin cheesecake was a hit, surprisingly enough. There was good wine and I won at Spy Alley. I even ran on Thanksgiving morning. The only real disappointment was that on Friday morning B bought two bags worth of sale clothing...and all I had to show for it was a scarf! A cute scarf, but still.

62. Ramona
63. Vaccinations (even though they hurt)
64. Nyquil
65. My $12 Christmas tree; sadly it is fake
66. MSU acknowledging World AIDS day with A Day Without Art
67. Getting a plane ticket for midnight on Wednesday which means more time in Oregon even though less time sleeping.
68. Planning a Nica itinerary
69. B having the willingness and sense of adventure to explore a country outside of the typical traveler's destinations
70. Auntie Amy and Uncle Jeff being able to go to Korea
