You've Been Cordially Invited

I was asked for a quick update on Ireland.
I leave on Wednesday, June 28th, flying to New Jersey, and then on to Dublin, where I arrive at 6:30am on Thursday. K1 will be there to pick me up--her mom gets in that day too, and then we have to hang out in Dublin for the day because someone else comes in Friday. Then I guess that we're going to North Ireland Friday. Saturday, I don't know, but Sunday I've been invited for some coastal touring with her family. The wedding is the following Wednesday, on the 4th of July.

Now, it's really only just hit me over the past couple weeks that I'm going to IRELAND. Before it's always been, ok, I'm helping K1 with her wedding. I just assumed that I'd have to be on hand most of the time to help with freakouts, etc. I never thought about the actual touristy options. Turns out that hey, I'm going to IRELAND. Yep, not past that yet. Check out the "Things to Do" link when you click the live "wedding" link in this post. Wow. I'm starting to get excited.

And of course I am incredibly excited to see K1 and to see Gretchen. The last time I saw them was when they helped me move to Mississippi and I took way too much advantage of their generosity. I plan to have a great time with my friends...we don't get to see each other nearly enough...
